1. When You Can Cancel
- Standard orders — cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day orders — cancel within 30 minutes of placing. After that the arrangement is already being tied and we cannot reverse it.
- Midnight delivery orders — cancel before 6:00 PM on the same day.
2. How to Cancel
WhatsApp us with your order number or call our Jabalpur line during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Sat–Sun 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM). We'll confirm the cancellation in writing.
3. Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- UPI and wallet refunds usually clear within 24–48 hours.
- Card refunds depend on your issuing bank — most clear within a week, some take up to 10 working days.
4. What Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders already out for delivery.
- Custom arrangements (mandap setups, corporate installations, hand-painted boxes) — these are billed against confirmed work-in-progress.
- Personalised cakes once baking has started.
5. If We Have to Cancel
If we cannot fulfil an order — flower unavailability, undeliverable address, payment dispute — we will inform you within 2 hours of order placement and refund in full to the original payment method.
