1. Where We Deliver
Marble Flora delivers across Jabalpur and the surrounding Madhya Pradesh region:
- Jabalpur city — Adhartal, Napier Town, Vijay Nagar, Ranjhi, Gorakhpur, Civil Lines, Wright Town and surrounding areas.
- Selected nearby pincodes on the Mandla and Katni road — check delivery on the product page by entering your pincode.
If your pincode shows as not serviceable, write to us — we can sometimes arrange a special run for weddings and large orders.
2. Delivery Fees
- Free on orders above ₹499 within Jabalpur city limits.
- ₹49 for orders below ₹499 within Jabalpur city.
- Outer areas — ₹49 to ₹99 depending on distance, shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Windows
- Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Evening 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Late evening 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Midnight 11:00 PM – 12:30 AM (surprise delivery)
4. Same-Day & Next-Day
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are scheduled for next-morning delivery by default — you can pick a later slot at checkout.
- Midnight surprise deliveries can be booked up to 8:00 PM the same day.
5. How We Deliver
- Our rider calls the recipient before arrival.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the rider holds for ten minutes. After that we either leave the arrangement with a neighbour (if the recipient has confirmed by phone) or return to the studio and reschedule.
- One re-attempt is free. Subsequent re-attempts to the same address may carry a small re-delivery fee.
6. Hot Weather & Festival Days
During peak summer (May–June) and major festival weeks (Diwali, Valentine's Day, Rakhi, Mother's Day) we recommend choosing the morning or evening slot — flowers travel better in cooler hours. We pre-cool every box and use insulated transport, but the gentler the journey the longer the arrangement lasts.
7. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link on SMS and email once the rider picks up your order. You can also track from the order history in your account.
