2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice — you pay the price shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed against obvious pricing errors, with a full refund to the original payment method.
- Order confirmation is subject to flower availability on the morning of dispatch.
3. Delivery
- Delivery times are best efforts. Traffic in Jabalpur city and weather can add 20–60 minute delays during festival weeks.
- Our rider calls before arrival and holds for ten minutes at the recipient's door.
- For same-day delivery within Jabalpur city, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM IST.
- We deliver across Jabalpur, Adhartal, Napier Town, Vijay Nagar, Ranjhi, Gorakhpur and nearby Madhya Pradesh areas.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
- Same-day orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing — after that the arrangement is already being tied.
- Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Perishable items (flowers, cakes) cannot be returned once delivered.
5. Product Quality
We guarantee 100% freshness on arrival. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory arrangement:
- WhatsApp us a photo within 2 hours of delivery.
- Our quality team will replace the arrangement or refund in full — no back-and-forth.
- Actual flowers may vary slightly from images shown, since we source fresh each morning and seasonal stem availability changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
