1. What We Collect
When you order from Marble Flora we keep what we need to deliver — and not much else:
- Your name, the recipient's name, and the delivery address.
- Your phone number and email — so our rider can call before reaching the door, and so we can send order updates.
- A card message or gift note, if you've added one. We never store payment card numbers ourselves.
2. Payment Information
Payments are handled entirely by our gateway partner. Card details, UPI handles, and net-banking credentials are entered on their secure pages and never reach our servers. We only see the success/failure status and a transaction reference.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfil and deliver your order, and to keep you informed at each step.
- To handle customer support — refunds, replacements, address corrections.
- If you've opted in: occasional emails about seasonal collections, festival edits, and Jabalpur-only offers. One click in the email unsubscribes you.
4. Who We Share It With
We share only what each partner needs to do their job:
- Our last-mile rider sees the delivery address, recipient name and your phone number.
- Our payment gateway sees the transaction amount and a reference number.
- Our email provider sees your email address and the message we're sending you.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the order-fulfilment chain.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart between visits, to remember your pincode, and to measure which pages people open most. You can clear cookies any time in your browser — the site will still work, you'll just see the pincode prompt again.
6. Your Rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold on you — we'll send it within 7 working days.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and order history, subject to records we're legally required to keep (tax invoices, etc.).
